Data Deletion Instructions

Account administrators can request deletion of their organization's CRMDAY One account and associated Customer Data by emailing info@crmday.net with the subject line “CRMDAY One data deletion request.” Please include the organization name, the administrator email address and the scope of the request.

If you submitted information directly to CRMDAY through this website or another CRMDAY-controlled channel, email info@crmday.net with the subject line “Personal data deletion request.” Include the email address or phone number you used, the relevant CRMDAY service or interaction, and enough detail for us to locate your record. We may request information to verify your identity before acting on the request.

If you communicated with a business that uses CRMDAY One, that business controls your information and is normally best placed to respond to your request. Please contact the business directly first. CRMDAY will assist that business in fulfilling a verified request when required by our agreement or applicable law.

If your request concerns a WhatsApp Business conversation with a CRMDAY One customer, contact that customer directly. For information controlled by CRMDAY in connection with its own WhatsApp Business account or Meta integration, use the contact method in Section 2 and identify the relevant phone number and approximate date of the interaction.

We will acknowledge a valid request, verify the requester where appropriate, and delete or anonymize applicable information within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements. We will explain any material limitation in our response.
