How to get the most out of your CRMDAY One free trial
A trial isn't a tour of every button. It's a test of your real work. Here is how to run it.

Most software trials end the same way: someone clicks around for twenty minutes, gets busy and the trial expires. The agencies that decide well treat the trial like a small project, with a goal, a few real workflows and the people who will use the system every day.
Before you start
- Pick one goal. For example: "every lead gets an owner and a first reply in minutes" or "renewals run from queues, not memory".
- Choose two or three testers. One producer, one service person and one manager.
- Bring real data. A sample of clients or your HealthSherpa export makes the test honest.
What to measure
| Question | Good sign |
|---|---|
| Did the team use it without being chased? | Testers open it on their own to find information |
| Did context stay in one place? | Nobody needed a spreadsheet or personal phone to finish a task |
| Did work get faster? | Lead replies and follow-ups happened sooner than today |
| Could the manager see the operation? | Queues and pipeline answered "what's pending?" in seconds |
If your testers ask to keep using it at the end of the trial, you have your answer.
